Is there a market or value for OEM b5 RS4 rims. 8.5 x 18". Offset of 20? If so, what are they worth?

    No, c5 rs6 wheels and b6 a4
    ultra sport wheels are identical
for the most part. Also the early
b5 rs4 castings of these wheels
are know to crack. They have later
updated wheels that are more robust.
I forgot what year the change was
    made. Regardless not worth anything
IMO. I can buy ultrasport wheels online
    for $300-$400.

The soft wheels were really cheap for a while. I haven't seen the later revisions in a while.

as long as they are not the soft wheels, they certainly have some value. Even if the rs6 and ultrasport wheels have the same design, the RS4 wheels have a more aggressive offset. For anyone who wants to run a more aggressive stock setup without spacers, they are a nice choice.

    RS4 soft wheel part no. 8DO 601 O25T
    RS4 hard wheel part no. 8DO 601 O25AE

    should be stamped.

they are pretty rare here stateside though.. i've seen them on CL for a grand or so. RS6 a little less, and ultrasports usually about half that.

    B6 A4 ultrasports are 18x8

    C5 RS6 are 18x8.5

I had a set of the "soft" wheels from the dealership purge many years ago, and sold them before I even mounted them on the car. I've never seen a set of B5 RS4 wheels stateside...If you have the real deal, I be you get over a grand.

I have the option of picking up a set of 5 "soft" wheels. Part 8DO 601 O25T. They will require some refinish.
Anyone interested? I wont have any use for them.

    I might be..
Pics, price, are they bent or just superficial scuff type damage? How much work do they need?
If you have pics PM me for my email.
    I am in NJ too

    ^^^This? You would pay $1,000+
for 28lb wheels because they have
a slight difference in offset compared
to the ultra sports and rs6 wheels lol?
I guess at this point it’s personal preference.

I definitely have options at the price point.
Also someone recently sold c4 s6 plus wheels
here stateside for $1,000. Those wheels are
hard to find even in Europe unlike b5 rs4
wheels. I don’t know how we figure the value
    then at this point.

I’ve seen the rs4 wheels sold here a lot since
2000 and that was the only time I’ve ever seen
mint OG s6 plus wheels sold here. I’m lost I
    guess.

Lol and they’re the inferior early ones!
Good luck I hope you get every cent.

Rs6 wheels are perfect for us narrow body cars. They definitely are heavy but look so good!

^^^ Flip them over so you
can read the ET. They might
be worth double the price. From
that picture they look the same
to me but I’m just a retard.

Even an idiot in his FS thread said
hey those are ultrasport wheels LMFAO!

Mine are ET 30 I took them off of a c5 rs6 and then had all 5 of them refinished.

I paid 800 for 5 and had them refinished and wrapped in 225 40 18 pilot sport ps2 tires. So yeah I have a decent amount into them. I think around what I paid would be what your rs4’s go for. The offset will definitely make them poke more for sure. Mine poke a slight with et30.

I have 18z brakes front and rear now and the wheels clear easily.

^^He’s asking $1,500 out the door.
Are they “different” or “drastically different”?

$800- $1,000 would be the max in the condition they're in. I also bought new center caps from Audi too (not cheap).

OEM C5 RS6 wheels on a slightly lowered narrow B5.

Only pic I have with them installed. Fits nicely without spacers. Getting OEM refinished before they go back on, I'm over dark wheels.

But I think I still prefer B6 S4 Avus with spacers for the OEM+ look.

    All Over!

Genuine B5 RS4 wheels go for the £900 mark in the UK, and that’s for softies.

Soft ones buckle if driven without care into potholes.
Hard ones crack if driven without care into potholes. If driver’s unlucky, lower arms are bent too.
