Just like the title says, lets see what Carbon Fiber rear diffusers are out there!

I love the styling of the Karbel but I can't justify $1500 so maybe someone has found one similar?? I also am not a huge fan of the brake light.

I am pretty sure you can find these on alibaba for like 350$. Probably replicas but I am running a front carbon fiber splitter from alibaba and quality/fitment is great. You can always put some black/tinted wrap over the reflector.

Is the ali baba diffuser a replacement or an overlay? I'm curious how it fits to the vehicle.

Karbel's looks solid and aggressive, the only downside is the price as well as Winn's overall ratings (Yelp and Facebook) for delivering products on time and their customer service response rating when there's a problem.
Morph Auto Design has a less aggressive diffuser with no additional taillight. They are a couple hundred dollars less than the Karbel.
Carbon Designz has a carbon fiber version of the OE diffuser, but priced at almost Karbel's price point and has a long shipment lead time.

If I'd pull a trigger today, I would go with the Morph Auto Design as it seems like the best value without going with options on Ali Express. I really like the aggressiveness of Karbel's, just not a fan of the additional rear light and the potential customer service concerns dealing with Winn. With all this said, I've been eagerly awaiting Nemesis to reveal Deval's diffuser before I commit to purchasing a CF diffuser for myself. I will state that the wait is killing me though lol.

Deval will be pricey, they always are. For the B8 A4 it was nearly $800, i bet its closer to $1k since the C7 S6 Deval diffuser is anywhere from $900 to $1050 depending on seller. With that said, they were always given high marks in reviews and feedback.

I hope Deval comes in cheaper than Morph, than it would be a no brainer. I think Deval should sell for $850, would be a solid option compared to Morph at over $1100.

It depends if everything goes as planned in the first parts or is there a
snag along the way. Usually for a new style new mold, it may take a
couple parts for the guys to iron out the best lay methods and any
possible weave distortion issues on the new styling. So as fast as 2
weeks, but up to 3-4 I would say. It's definitely moving into production
stage now.


They don't mess around or rush.

I heard back earlier today. They see no reason for any functionality issues, but are going to dig into it.

They're also asking about the lip, and I really don't know what to tell them. It's tough being that part will only cover two model years, but I did tell them there are also a ton of S-Line cars. Seems like 3/4 of the A4 cars have the S-Line pack.

technically two years since the A4 was a 17 model and the bumper itself is the same as the s4, just the grill inserts are different

good point, so i guess its the same then, still relevant to the argument though. sounds like Mops is on it though, i really hope the sline 'facelift' doesnt get neglected, that random front factory lip needs something else to compliment it. like a carbon overlay with a carbon lip underneath.

I would say it's the perfect balance of aggressive vs fitting the styling of the car. Quite similar to the B8.5 S4 one.
