    Audi A6 19" wheel - tire sizes?

Hey everyone. My Audi is getting serviced right now and it really needs new tires. Before I have Audi put on new tires, I am wanting to do some shopping for better prices.

These are the wheels I have:

Does anyone know what the tire size for these are?

    What brand would you recommend?

What is the best/cheapest place to purchase tires like these from?

8.5" wheel can support up to 255 width.

So you are best going with something like 255/40/19 on the C7. Check Tire Rack or Discount Tire Direct, but a local tire store (e.g., Mr. Tire) may be running a special you can take advantage of.

Depends on what kind of tire you are going for? All-Seasons? Winters? (I'm guessing not summer because weather still sucks)

I'm running Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ and absolutely love them. Had some Toyos before this (came with the car) and these feel miles better (at slightly reduced fuel economy). Lots of folks like Continental Extreme DWS 06 tires as well. These two seem to be top of all-season category.

I've previously run Nitto Motivos (liked them; long life), General Max tires (they were ok), Goodyear Eagle GT (terrible in snow and didn't last to save their lives), Kumho Ecsta 4XII (liked them a lot), and currently Nankang cheap-o tires on the allroad--they're actually surprisingly better than I thought they'd be (wouldn't run them on the A6 tho).
