    Hello Everyone,

I'm not sure if the locking mechanism isn't working or I do not know how to do this.
How do you lock the steering wheel after you parked?

Kessy, shut car off get out of car leave the car unlocked walk away come back 20min or so later (could be less could be longer) go back to car without the key and try and turn steering wheel should be locked. If you walk up to your car after it’s locked and the car has sat for a bit and you grab your door handle to unlock the car while you watch your steering wheel it will move for a sec that’s the steering lock unlocking

Mine doesn't unlock until I push the button to turn on the ignition or start it.

    Who is Kessy?

    I figured it out!
If I use the key to turn on & off the car the steering wheel would lock.
If I keep the key in my pocket then the steering wheel does NOT lock.

Kessy is what the key less entry system is called “smart key” the system that allows you to keep your key in pocket or purse and unlock/lock your car and start it without inserting a key into the ignition
