What kind of numbers is everybody getting?

My s2 rs7 has made 28psi in cold weather, is there more potential?

This is fairly typical, although I've logged a friend's APR Stage 1 RS7 fairly consistently with peak boost pressure if 30-31 psi, sea level, ambient temp about 50 F.

My Stage 3 S6 consistently logs a peak boost of about 28 psi.

Should be able to get it from both, I’m using a P3 boost gauge though.

Takes a bit of math, but with VAGCOM, for the engine module, you can go to advanced measurements, and then click on up to 8 parameters in a drop down box that you want to log. Everything will be given in hpa (hectopascals). You'll want to log the requested charge air pressure and the actual charge air pressure, as well as the ambient air pressure. To convert your boost to psi, it is 0.0145*(actual charge air pressure- ambient air pressure). When you go to log the values, make sure you check the boxes for 'turbo' and for 'group', so it will give you a spreadsheet (.csv file) with each of your parameters with individual time stamps (for example, 8 different variables in a single row, all with the same time stamp). Selecting the turbo box will make sure that it records the variables more frequently, so you can get many data points during a 1/4 mile run. You can then import the .csv file into excal and play around with it, such as adding a column that converts your hpa measurements into actual boost pressures in psi.

On the 100 file, my Stage 3 S6 showed 2.788 bar in the APR dongle, minus atmosphere is about 26psi. Haven't really looked at peak boost on the RS7.

Yea good note, when i first logged i was seeing 40psi because i forgot to subtract ambient pressure. Got excited for a few seconds before i realized it was wrong haha.

Anybody running hybrid turbos have pressure data?
