    B9 s5 exhaust tip size

    Hey guys,
    Just wondering if anyone knew what the inlet size for the b9 s5 was? I’m planning on getting some clamp on tips to replace the oem ones.

    I asked this as well. Not sure if the diameter but the OEM tips are welded. What tips are you considering?

    Had these installed for my dad. Inlets are 2.25in. Outside part is 4in. The only issue was that the very right exhaust tip has a flap that opens and closes (louder exhaust note in Dynamic). The exhaust shop had to play around with the tip to get it to fit right on that side, everything else is a straight forward tip replacement

    Which brand of tips did you buy?
    Inlet is 2.25 and outlet is 4 but what was the length?

    GT tips from Milltek Non-Res system. I believe they were 100mm.

    Sorry for bumping the old thread, not a lot of info on tip-only options. So you're saying you just fitted the Milltek tips to the factory exhaust? Cutting off the oval sections, I assume. Welded or clamped on, if so?

    This was my plan for "upgrading" my exhaust...

    But want black tips, cause cleaning exhaust tips is a PITA...
