For those who expressed interest and made offers, please stay tuned, as I will be putting it up for sale again in the very near future.
Putting up my beloved 2014 Audi S4 up for sale. This car has been everything I had hoped for, and much more. It was a pure joy to own and drive, and by far my most favorite car I have owned. Unfortunately life has its way of getting in the way unexpectedly sometimes, and due to personal reasons at home, I need something bigger now (most likely a pickup).
This is an opportunity to own a very rare and gorgeous color combination in 6MT. The car is lightly and very tastefully modded. It was never tracked, raced, launched, or abused in any shape or form. Always garage-parked (both at home and at work), never smoked or eaten in, and the rear seats were kid-proofed (covered) from the day I got it.
I’m the 1st owner. It was originally a lease, and I loved the car so much that I bought it at the end of the lease. I have the title in hand.
Vehicle history
All maintenance was performed at Country Audi of Greenwich, CT under Audi Care, and I did 2 oil changes thereafter myself, and new air filter installed recently. New tires (Continental DWS06) were mounted last year, and have roughly 5000 miles on them. Suspension work was performed by Eurotech Motorsports in Mahwah, NJ. It was always hand washed and detailed by me, though I’ll admit, it could use a paint correction. I was the sole driver of the car (my wife doesn’t drive manuals). 65% back country roads/25% highway/10% city.
Carfax
(Available upon request) will show the following 2 blemishes, otherwise, clean report and title:
- ‘Damage Reported’ (January 2014): 3 weeks after getting the car, with less than 800 miles on the odometer, on a snow-covered back road, one early January dark morning, I misjudged a turn on a windy back road and clipped a pole with the left front fender. No structural damage, just cosmetic.
- ‘Accident Reported’ (April 2018): a young girl pulled out of a parking spot and scratched the rear bumper. Had I not been present to witness it, I probably wouldn’t have bothered fixing the scratch since it was less than my deductible and not really noticeable. But I was sitting in my car when she scuffed it, and I got her insurance information. I figured I might as well have that eyesore take care of by her insurance.
Location
I’m located in zip 06830 (southern CT), and welcome any potential buyers to test drive it. I’ll let the car do the talking.
If you are serious buyer, please PM and we’ll exchange cell phone numbers to coordinate a day/time/place to meet around my area.
Notes
- The dash picture below shows a ‘Check Engine’ light. There’s nothing wrong with the engine. I simply snapped the picture with the auxiliary power on (notice the EPC and Parking Brake lit as well).
- The driver’s seat, while certainly not clean as the rest of the seats, for some reason came out looking MUCH dirtier in the picture than it really is. I think it’s a combination of the Alcantara brushed against the grain and ambient lighting conditions.
