Hey guys im new to Audi, i bought a 09 A4 Premium Plus and i wanted to have some coding done or buy a coding tool i could use to do some of the following:

    DRL 100%
    Seat belt warning remove
    Lights on sound remove
    Mirror dip

And a bunch of other things that can be enabled. I am located in Queens NY and if someone knows someone who does coding i would like to have some coding done. Or if someone knows a good app (i just heard about OBDEleven) i can purchase to add these features myself. I use to own a BMW E60 and had coding done on it and made the car a lot better.

Much of that can be done through Carista. The more complete, but more costly and complex option is Vagcom

VCDS is by far the best tool for the B8-platform cars. OBDeleven has some bugs that can harm your car's electrical systems.

I just used the Carista app because i still have my ELM327 adapter and paid the $10 one week pass and coded a bunch of stuff. Mirror dip, Windows up and down with remote, DRL 100%, added more options to my menu plus a bunch of other options i enabled. Thanks for the advice.

Very welcome! I used it as well. Much cheaper and most of the same options.

VAGCOM is the best tool for this and all kinds of other things that you may have to deal with owning this vehicle. Well worth it.

I don't get why people want to turn off seat belt warnings . I mean are there actually people in this day and age that don't put a seatbelt on ? seriously ?

I used to drive to take the trash out sometimes in my old apartment complex, like when it was raining or when I was on the way out anyway. 1/8 mile at under 10mph speed limit (due to speed bumps) and I'd usually do it without a seat belt on. All private property and good sight lines. I wear it by muscle memory all other times but for that use case I disabled the warning because the chime was annoying as hell.

I’ve ran OBDeleven for two years doing lots of coding with no issues. What bugs?
