Audi A8 D2 01L (ZF5HP24A) transsmision problem

Hello guys i have a 2002 A8 3.3TDI with the 01L transsmision and the problem is that when i put the car in D and slowly press the accelerator the car starts to pull away from standstill but at around 1200rpm it bangs hard and PRNDS lights up red the car goes into 4th gear which is emergency mode i am able to drive away with the 4th gear. The fault code is 17114/P0730/001840 - Gear Ratio Monitoring: Incorrect Gear Ratio. If i clear the fault code it comes back right away when i try to pull away from a standstill. The reverse gear works perfectly normal do you think it could be a bad solenoid or maybe a bad clutch for the 1 gear. tommorow i will try to check the ATF fluid level but i think that there is enough because the car drives normaly in emergency mode with 4th gear engaged and Opened TCC.

It needs a full rebuild! Go to the junk yard a pull another one. Way cheaper then rebuilding it. Or swap it to a Manuel

Do you think that it"s a mechanical failure there are not really a lot of zf5hp24a around me on junkyards also the transsmision is for a diesel engine which there is almost none of them around me in working conditions or for parts.
