Here is my list and the car is super reliable and great to drive cross country.

I went with RS7 look grill with Quattro script and brushed frame to match the window trim.

RS7 look side skirts I would avoid and buy real RS7 skirts. They look amazing and make the car look lower.

Eibach sport springs and bilsteins -depends if you have the dynamic suspension.

    I run 275/35 20 summer and 255/40 19 winters.

SQ5 brake calipers and 380mm rotors. The 356mm oem brakes were good, the 380s were easy/cheap upgrade. I would go S7/S6 brembos if I was to go again.

EPL pulley upgrade and tune. I’ll be going dual pulley and trans tune eventually. But the car is fast enough to sprint ahead of most cars.

I also installed A8 massage/comfort seats, but I haven’t done the coding yet

    IMG_9230.JPG
    IMG_7783.JPG
    IMG_7737.JPG

But basically it is hard to improve on the basic A7. It is a great car and every thing you add should improve the car instead of detract from the the quality of form and function audi built.

I actually got bored with the A7 and bought a B5 S4 to satisfy my modding habit. IMG_9074.JPG

If money is no object for your car I would do
    -Stage 2 tune
    -AWE Touring Exhaust
-Coilovers to lower the car just a little bit
-RS7 shift paddles or upgraded sport steering wheel
-maybe go carbon or black mirrors
-black optic or RS grill (w/o Quattro)
    -black optic window trim

Were the SQ5 brembos direct bolt on?

How are the eibach and bilsteins? Considering that option but I want it to be as close to stock as possible.

When you do the coding for the seats please post a DIY. I'm considering the A8 comfort seats as well.

Would love to here opinions/thoughts on both.

Only has eibach springs, spacers and the wing wrapped in carbon fiber (came like this) on right now.

    depends on your goal.
Say for performance: If all you want is 0-60 ~ 4 secs, then stage 2 single pulley is all you need.
If you want more, then dual pulley, cooling upgraded, ported charger and TB...etc.

Coilover or lower springs and new shocks, if you want to lower the car.
Sway bar is a must if you ask me, and drivetrain inserts are cheap upgrade.

I would say go directly to stage 2 single pulley 200mm, mod the factory air box, Cat delete, Magnaflow X pipe, Merc HX, for performance throttle body. I bought the entire RS7 front bumper kit for the A7 instead of just the grill, it's a big difference. Don't go to 20" rims stay 19" and find the lightest aftermarket rim that you like or stick to factory and install lowering springs. I have had my car less than a year and would have went this route, you have the same performance, look good and saved money without a lot of noise(exhaust). Amount saved depends if you just switch grill or complete front end and if you do installs yourself.

Definitely getting a sway bar...what are end links? Is that a must to purchase along with it?

Definitely going straight to stage 2 when I am ready for performance mods. Car is still new to me so I'm enjoying the stock performance at the moment.

I like the RS7 front grill, I might do that in the future but i don't like the two side grey looking intakes so not sure i I will do the full buper look. I already have the stock 20s on at the moment.

Do you have a pic of your car?

Can you post a few pictures of your wheel tire setup for summers? Also, how wide are your wheels? I'm about to put 20x9.5's on and debating on the tire size, considering 275/35 but that might be too wide.
