How is the 2015 Audi A3 reliability and what do these faults mean?

Looking at one that is really interesting, cabriolet, and had a ppi done. They said everything was good except there were some sporadic faults saved to the computer (basically they just listed all the faults the car had ever showed). Most were innocuous like tire pressure but others were not:

    16987 (P00B700) engine coolant flow low/performance sporadic
15059 (P008700) Fuel Rail/System Pressure too Low Sporadic
16450 (P052A00) Cold Start 'A' Camshaft Position Timing over Advanced Sporadic
15281 (P045600) EVAP Emission Control System (very small Leak) Leak Detected Sporadic

These faults stood out because they seemed to be not normal faults. They all happened under warranty so I'd assume they were corrected, however the engine coolant flow low has happened a total of 4 times over the life of the car according to the inspection. Should I be worried? The technician said they were sporadic faults which means a sensor could have been triggered randomly and then it immediately went away. The technician who inspected the vehicle said it wouldn't be an issue they'd not purchase the car over but I just want to be sure I know what to expect.

Also they said that due to the car sitting for some time to be sold there was some rust on the rotors, I figured that wasn't a big deal and would just come off with regular driving, however they mentioned that the rust buildup was significant and that the rotors would need to be replaced eventually due to this. It has been on the dealership lot for about 8 months now.

Hi and welcome. I’m unable to determine if your thinking of purchasing or have purchased the vehicle.

Where was the ppi done? Audi dealership? Suprised they didnt 'clear' the codes...

The Simos ECU system often has random codes...but they dont trip the check engine light...

How many miles on the car?
    2015 S3 with 210,000 miles with new 2019 Q5 motor. Still going!

It was done at a German car mechanic (a place that specializes in maintaining Audis, bmws, Mercedes, etc.). They said these aren't active codes they were just codes the car had had previously. The printout they gave me shows the dates most of them happened, for example the engine coolant flow low fault most recently happened on 4/30/18 but there are faults from before that date. The dealer said if checking with an auto zone type code reader wouldn't see these because they aren't active codes. This is just a list of all the codes the car has ever thrown.

Car only has 25k miles. Was a purchase that was turned into the dealership I'm purchasing from, owner drove around 8k miles a year according to carfax.
