2013 Audi allroad Prestige Plus with performance mods

Hi All,
Trying to get a feeler for any serious interest in this car. This 2013 allroad is my daily driver. I'm the second owner, had it since late 2015 and since 60k miles.
Mileage = 104000
Color = Monsoon Gray Metallic
Clean title in hand

Exterior and interior are in great shape.

APR Stage 2+ tune
AWE Catback exhaust
034 HFC
3" downpipe with Magnaflow resonator
S4 brakes
Turbo Muffler delete

ECS Vent mounted boost guage

HRE 20" FF01 Satin Bronze wheels (would be sold separately)

Have Factory Suspension, exhaust and other parts in hand.

It's a premium plus, MMI Navigation Plus Package, parking system plus with backup camera, advanced key (keyless start, etc.). Black leather interior.

This is the first time I've held on to a car for 100k miles. I'm usually someone who has new cars every few years and typically leases but I was really intrigued by this car when it came up for sale.
I'm not one for dealing with maintenance so I feel like it's time to let it go. Was starting to think about K04, etc. but then I feel like I'm just more interested in something new at this point.

The one thing I started to notice is some oil consumption. This car is not supposed to be affected by the oil consumption issue on the previous cars but it is something I don't have any interest in delving deeper. I think it's within what Audi says is "normal" but still notable. Just wanted to disclose what I know.

I was considering just trading this in for a new car but then I felt like there are too many mods that would go completely unappreciated. So I thought let me hop over here and see if there is interest in the community. I figure that this could be a great base for a big project car if you really wanted to go the distance. Honestly, nothing else about the car is noteworthy. It drives and runs strong and has great gas mileage which I imagine other allroad owners would recognize.

There are over 20k in mods.

I'm not completely sure what's fair price. Unmodded cars around this mileage are going for about 15-18k.

Any interest at 18k?
