    All weather floor mats

I’ve seen some topics about all weather floor mats. Many have been recommending the Weathertech Liners.

My question is more about whether the B9 S4 mats fit the B8/B8.5 model.

They look nice from what I see.

    Any thoughts?

I doubt they'll fit. I have the factory winter mats that looks just like those, but the logo is not color. I haven't put them in yet, but I had the factory Audi winter mats in both my TT and A6, and I liked them. They tend to stand out less than the WinterTech mats. They look [obviously] more factory.

EDIT: But based on the weather report, mine will be going in tomorrow.

I would highly recommend the Weathertech Floorliners. They have the higher walls which prevent anything spilling onto the carpet and although it doesn't have the Audi logo, it fits very well like it is original. I installed mine as soon as I bought my S4.

As you can see it snaps onto the button that is on the carpet as well.

I had that same question. They look to be the same shape or close atleast. Someone needs to try them.

The Audi OEM all weather rubber mats are no comparison to the Weathertech Floorliners - Obviously.

I use the Audi OEM Rubbers duing the fall and spring when there is no snow. But in the winter I have the Weathertechs in there because they hold the salty gross water way better. The OEM AUdi ones don't have a lip and the melting snow overflows and right onto the carpet.

    No comparison.

And yes - the weathertechs fit very well. They clip in and are flush with all curvatures - If you live where there is snow and salt etc then skip the OEM ones...

Ditto. WeatherTechs are not inexpensive (there is a reason the owner has one of the largest Ferrari collections in the U.S.) but are worth it.

    All weather floor mats

Just following up with my original post. Got them for Christmas and they do fit. Definitely tight. I trimmed a little piece of the mat where the foot rest is which helped.

^^^^^ Nice! I just purchased a B8 set from Audi directly for my 2016 and I am happy with them. Wish the logo was in color but either way, they are great. I’m in California now, so not seeing much snow, salt or mud anymore.. unless I go up into the mountains. If I still lived in Chicago, I would consider getting something like Weathertech. Otherwise, I believe that the factory all weather mats will hold enough water if everyone is careful.

I live in NY, and the factory all weather mats in all 3 of my Audis have been more than sufficient. I have no idea how sloppy one must be to overrun them with snow/water.

I have a 2015 B8.5 S4 and I just purchased a set of the B9 fronts and they fit perfectly, they are a little tight (I didn't need to cut anything) but that is a good thing as it forms a tighter barrier against dirt transferring to your carpet.
