    Muffler Delete Cost?

Just went to my local muffler shop with my 2015 Audi A3 2.0T and got quoted 250 for a muffler delete after they looked underneath. Is that a good price or should I look elsewhere? Appreciate it thanks!

It’s a simple cut and weld.

Mine sounds good, also having a downpipe installed Thursday so it’ll probably be fairly loud then but just the muffle delete is satisfying enough, a res delete doesn’t make much of a difference so if you want some decent sound without breaking the bank muffler delete is the way to go

Dont take off your mufflers...you will be sorry. Resonator delete is the way to go.

I did my exhaust on my 16' 2.0T few weeks ago. I ended up paying a little more for it cause i was impatient.

At first, I did the resonator delete... and i was not satisfied at all. It was way too quiet. I ended up taking the exhaust off and got some 2.5" tips on it.
It sounds great, slight drone but i don't mind it. Best of all, the DSG farts are very pronounced. I'm very happy with it and if you need more convincing just looking up MK7 GTI exhaust videos, since there aren't many for the A3 2.0T on youtube.
