Hello,

New to this S4 world, so thanks for the constructive points and suggestions.

I have always been partial to decals for modded cars, you guys feel how? Cool or not cool?

It's too nice of a car for crazy decals IMO.

With that said, I have small ones on my sideblades.

Part of the beauty of these cars for many of us is their “sleeper” potential. It’s a 4-door sedan that can put bus lengths on a lot of dedicated sports cars, and do so without drawing a lot of attention. That’s objectively cool.
Decals are attention grabbers. They say, “hey guys, I’m modded. Or maybe I just got a sticker from a company I like. Either way, check me out, I look fast!”
That’s cool to some.
To each his own.
I had a couple discreet decals on my GTI 337 and on my STi, and I still think they were cool.
But I won’t sticker my S4.

I put all the stickers that the parts suppliers send with the mods I order on my toolbox. That way they aren't thrown out, and I'm not tempted to actually put them on my car (which I would never do, but...).

I even hate the "quattro" and Audi ring decals Audi will put on certain models.

There is a white B8 on here somewhere that has a very subtle version of the stripes on his... and it looks really good IMO. I think it depends on the application, the sticker and the location. Lots of people seems to like the rings on the side door (old Quattro style)

Definitely a personal choice, if you like it do it I had one as a banner on front windshield, didn't like it too much and I kept it on for a week but I switched to the B8drivers instagram decal for behind the back passenger window. I like it a lot and I might get another somewhere on back windshield to see how that is and if I like it. Just be expected to find some debby downers on here about it bc they may not like what you might :)

As said before a lot of people will dump on anyone who stickers these cars but if you like it, and it fits your vision, then go for it. I have the Seattle skyline on my back window and plan to get small "Audi Sport" decals for the side blades. Do what makes you proud of your ride. 20180811_193837.jpeg

Agree with the "sleeper" dimension of the S4 versus comparable cars, definitely a reason for me to be in one, including seeking out a black optics spec. There is a reason that there are more threads devoted to debadging rather than sticker application.

Unless someone is paying you to rep their product, or hooking you up with free stuff, then there is no reason to clutter your car with logos. (local clubs/ awesome local shops/ very cool city skylines not included, preferably subtle)

I will give you a parting quote from one of the last kind officers to give me a sizeable, albeit lenient speeding ticket after making me sweat for quite some time about impounding my car and starring at my bumper: "pretty sure the S4 comes with cruise control, I suggest you use it"

I added a sticker to mine. Tried to keep it subtle though. Not a big fan of some of the stickers like posted above. But I like the little Audi Racing Team logo.

I see those skyline stickers all the time.....on Taxi Cabs. That's what they were made for. If you want your S4 to look like a cab, go right ahead......but are we really saying that we've graduated from just stickers to full-on landscapes on the back window? I'd rather have the shocker.....

Lets be honest it'd be the fastest taxi on the streets... As I said in my original comment it's all about what makes you proud of your car. I'm proud to be from the PNW and I like showing that off. If you're not proud of your city, or you don't like stickers, then don't put anything on your car.

Yep lol, bought on eBay. I was skeptical too but for a few bucks I figured I’d give it a try. Happily impressed. I’ve had them on for over a year in the crazy chicago weather and they still look brand new. No fading or peeling edges, etc.
