Hello everyone I'm looking for all major parts needed to do a b8.5 front end conversion on my b8

    Headlights
    Hood
    Bumper
    Fenders
Grill ( honeycomb mesh ) black

Color doesn't really matter as it will be repainted.
Please let me know what you got.

As long as the price is right I got cash in hand.

Just an FYI, I did the conversion recently with all OEM parts and spent almost $7K. There were a lot of small and expensive parts that were needed.

Do tell....obviously if you buy all parts from the dealer it's going to be very expensive and the paint job brings up the price but I am interested in all the small parts you needed that are not covered in the list above.

you need new frame impact mounts
facelift are different. they have a mounting tab for headlight pre facelift doesn’t have.

new fender brace’s both left and right.

new fender guide supports. different bumper and alignment.

new air flow ducts not the same.

    new radiator cover

    new headlight brackets.

    new front belly pan.

    new fender liners.

new stone guards for fender liner behind front wheels.

of course new hood, fenders, bumper and headlights.

    good luck.

for anyone wanting to do this. here you go.

This seems like a ton of hassle, cost aside. If you knew that going into it, would you have gone ahead with it?

Right on, man. As an 8.5 owner myself, I definitely prefer that look!

I want to do this pretty soon. I'm gathering parts now as we speak. I do realize the cost, and after all the money I put into my B8 in performance parts I figured just make it look how I want. And keep the car.

I did this conversion on my Sprint Blue recently and it’s definitely a lot of work and parts. It’s definitely worth it IMO. Here’s a post I found that outlines the parts.
