    It was obviously imported, how? I am not sure.

    It’s basically an rs5 right? Not sure if the engine was tuned/built for the USA market or it had to be modified to pass emissions.

    My guess is a temporary military import? Similar to the guy who brought the C7 S6 avant.

    In for more info, guessing someone brought it in as a military import? As far as I know there aren't any brought to North or South America by Audi.

I get (some of) the federal regulations and stipulations of importing a car to the US, but if you’re military you’re automatically granted a waiver for up to two years and don’t have to go through any of the BS.

    The 2 avants, S6 and this RS4 avant are owned by German nationals I am guessing in the German military here for a joint training program.

    They are allowed take their personal vehicles they owned in Germany.
