    Cracked wheel spoke

Not sure how this happened. Had a new tire mounted/ balanced and a 4 wheel alignmenr today. Drove 1mile to grab lunch afterwards and looked at the wheel with the new tire and notcied this crack.

I had the car detailed last week and am 100% positive the crack wasn't there.i had not driven the car since the detail as the tire I replaced today was showing wire.

I called around and showed pic and seems is not repairable.

I would assume whomever did your alignment screwed something up. Problem with those situations is unless you catch it directly afterwards no way to prove etc.

Yes that's certainly possible, although I'm not sure what they could have possibly done that would crack a wheel. Even if they dropped it that shouldnt crack the wheel, and there is no damage or scuffs anywhere near the crack.

Are those wheels painted or powder coated?

Not saying this happened to you in particular, but I thought I read some posts where the powdercoating process if done incorrectly can cause cracks. It's a thought anyway. I know the powdercoating should not cause this issues, but there is always a possibility.
