VCDS fault codes after a few mods

In the past week, I have installed:

New crank pulley
Mercracing hx
Short shifter
Lowering spring
Flashed to dual pulley tune

I'm getting a ton of fault codes. I dont have a CEL and everything seems to be running fine. I cleared the codes and will check in a few days, but do any of these look like they need immediate attention?

Did you have your battery unplugged at any moment?

I have a feeling they won't come back; all the tune info I've read says you need to clear codes after applying a tune as it throws a ton of codes while the ECU is in flash mode and communications are interrupted with other modules.

Thats what I am hoping. I know the suspension stuff will most likely go away because I believe the car was on for a couple minutes while the sensors were disconnected during the install. There are just a few things that say it was unable to connect to certain modules that has me a little worried.
