2015 A6 3.0t reliability?

I'm just a bit gunshy after having to rebuild the 2.0 in my '09 A4 after the tensioner failed and bent the valves.

This would be a DD as well, so is the 3.0t with 8 speed and Quattro a reliable combination? I still enjoy SOME wrenching but I'd REALLY rather avoid having to tear another of these wonder engines apart.

Yes they are. I researched extensively before buying a CPO 15 A6 3.0 this year. Has shot motor mounts at 44k that were replaced it need warranty. Other than that, all is well
