    Hello everyone,

    I wanted to provide some more information for everyone who is looking for more information on the whereabouts of their new Audi throughout the build & shipping process. In order to retrieve any type of status information I will require the following in a private message:

    • Either the VIN or the Commission Number (formatted with 2 letters and 4 numbers: XX1234)
    • Email address and/or best contact information
    • Name of your Audi Brand Specialist at your dealer

    There are a couple of other things that I would like to note for everyone's benefit. If you are interested in signing up for the Owner In Waiting program which consists of several received emails in key points throughout the journey you will need to speak with your Audi Brand Specialist at the dealership in order to get signed up. That is a dealer specific program so I will not be able to assist, unless you would like me to reach out to your ABS to set up communication. It is my pleasure to assist all of our customers in this process, but please keep in mind that your dealership is the primary point of contact! I am here to supplement and fill in the gaps.

    Thanks for the response. I wanted to see what ship the vehicle is on to anticipate the date it will arrive at the port. It was mentioned on the Audiworld site that Vincenzo F. could give that sort of information.

    Yes, if you know the ship info the better delivery estimate you'll have. Jacob was also my rep and his estimate had a two week window. No disrespect to Jacob. He is a great sales rep and he can only provide info from what the system tells him. The system provided delivery between December 11-28, 2017. When the vessel arrived at port of delivery first week of December I knew delivery will be way before Christmas.

    This is really a great feature that Audi offers and help keeps the owner engaged with where his/her vehicle is at and what stage it is in during the build process and sale process.

    I know this thread is old, but the tracking question is the same.
    I placed a custom order for a 2020 A6 Allroad on October 21, 2019 with no contact from the factory as of yet.
