Has anyone refinished their 21" OEM SQ5 wheels to another color?

I'm going to be getting my 21" B8 SQ5 wheels refinished next week and am debating whether to finish as standard or change to another color.

Has anyone done this or have photos showing different finishes in this wheel?

I recently had some BC Forged redone by my body shop. I LOVE the yield. It's a Porsche 997 liquid grey and they did a satin clear. I can share the detail sheet. I bet it would make sense to your shop.

Can you check if there is an actual Porsche paint code?

If not, they custom mixed this color.

Then the paint store will have a line item mix with colors and toner colors with gram weights of each.

What brand paint was used?

Hey David. No paint code. My body shop had 100's of grey's and I selected this one. They said it was from a 997. The paint used was PPG. They told me to hang onto the info I posted above, and that would be enough if I wanted them to do another set later in the same color.

It's so perfect!! I cannot get over how much I love it. I'm going to do a 21" set on the new SQ. The spoke thickness is spot on, and yep... clean, classy and sorta motorsport looking.

Wondering how they compare to some of the flow formed Vorsteiners, my last favorite. I almost picked up those 20x10 VFF-102s you had on discount but just didn't like the required spacers and final offset. But now a new love for the moment...

BC Forged is getting great reviews, no complaints from what I saw. They were drumming up some of the 6th gen Camaro owners recently for sales to get the wheels out on the Camaro. I would have like to checked them out, just outside of my price range.

I've run BCF wheels for 7-8 years, and I've sold at least 20 sets this year. I'm a huge fan. Awesome org to deal with too.
