I would just keep it for that amount of money. In fact, thats exactly what I did :) i had a stock 2011 s5 cab in sprint blue with the two tone interior like yours, about 55k mi, that I was going to trade in for an s6 since I just had a kid, but when I found out it wasn't even worth 20k I said screw that. Its the best car I have ever owned and apparently severely undervalued on the market. I think the best value gt car you can get, especially if you live in the north and use awd frequently, or just like launching hard from stoplights with quattro.

So I put the money I would have lost on the trade into mods and went stg2 dual pulley, dsg tune, michelin pss summer michelin pa4 winter, eurocode swaybars (critical to do the sways and put it on michelins as the ride quality and performance is much improved especially stage 2+ power levels). corners a lot flatter and is as fast as my stage 2 s6, beats pretty much everything off the line. And the top down reminds you your alive and why you drove to work in the morning in the first place. Seats are the comfiest seats I have ever sat in and driven it cross country several times without a problem. Very. very underrated car imo.

If you do have to sell it, glws, but thats a shame its an incredible vehicle. Someone will be getting one of best 4 seat convertibles ever made for the price of a used honda.
