Recommendations for Richmond Va paint correction and tuning shops

Hi guys. Ive been on the hunt for a shop in the greater Richmond Virginia area to do a paint correction and ceramic coating on my car, but it's not obvious which to go to. Ive been here for a year but just bought this car and i don't know many people or have any idea of shop prestige in this area. Any help from current or former residents regarding this subject would be appreciated. Word of mouth and customer satisfaction means a great deal to me. Thanks.

I am about to move to RVA (March 2020) and have been searching..doesn't seem like there's much. New German Performance in the DC area is definitely a good spot, however. Sub'd.

Depending on where you are in VA. I had my B8.5 S4 tuned at New German Performance but it was more convenience than anything because I picked up my exhaust from a shop nearby and they recommended them. They did a good job

Headed to NGP Manassas tomorrow to have an APR stg 1 flash.

Kudos to them for squeezing me in on a Saturday with only a few days notice. Will report back on the whole experience.

They did my stage l and ll flash on my old Audi. They were nice and knowledgeable. No complaints

Seems Dominion is highly recommended and rated here. I've seen some good reviews about District on the interwebs - and they're real close to me - but I'd personally choose someone that's well known in the community. Thoughts?

A good friend of mine just had his new 2019 Golf R corrected, PPF'd, and ceramic coated at Patriot Auto Detail, and was extremely happy with the the service. They use xpel for everything.

Just to report back - The guys at NGP were quick and courteous.

Stage 1 APR tune was done in about half an hour. Charge was the APR price plus tax - no shop time or pressure to upsell. Was eavesdropping on a phone call - exhaust, cooling, transmission, etc ... work currently has about two to three weeks of booking/lead-time.

As they're are the closest - I'll prob stick with them for what I can't do myself.

I added an APR open intake with an ECS Silicone Supercharger Inlet at home. I get to hear the whine of the supercharger now!
