The Prestige also has rear sunshades that can be raised and lowered - also nice but not necessary (I plan on getting mine tinted). I have a 2015 PP myself after looking at both. Wife was not happy with the level of comfort in the standard seats in the Prestige. Good luck in your search and do your research before making a trek to the car dealer.

Checked out my window sticker and now I'm a little confused on the seat options. I have a 2014 prestige that lists, "Leather/Alcantara sport seats" as a standard option, but included a $1500 upgrade for Fine Nappa Leather Seats. The upgraded seats are not ventilated. It lists heated seats under the standard equipment so I presume the original sport seats weren't ventilated either. Were ventilated seats available on the 2014?
Here are the Prestige package options that are listed....Side Assist, Adaptive Headlights, Rear Sunshades, Thermo Cupholder, B&O Sound System, MMI Navigation Plus, Audi Connect, Parking System Plus w/Rear View Camera
