I need help finding where I can buy the breather filter since the one in use is rusted. Is this the correct part number, CTS-AS-250-BK?

The filter looks roughly correct but I recommend measuring the inlet diameter on your existing filter to ensure that it is in fact 1". The adaptor that comes with the part you linked does not look like it should be used on the 3.0t, though, as there is no place to connect the barb fitting coming off that base. But if all you need is the filter, just throw the base away.
