Brakes can be corrected with pads and/or a proper bedding-in procedure. If the rotors are fairly new, in spec and no grooving, the pads probably need to be bedded-in again.
Exhaust. LOTS of options. I have the AWE Touring system and love it. Just loud enough and no drone. I had the non-res AWE downpipes (which turns it into the Track Extreme kit) and it was just too loud on a daily basis. But man it sounded so, so good. Take a look at all the ones you mentioned but also look at JHM and VelocityAP which have valved versions. Loud when you want it, quiet when needed. A good exhaust really makes this car. The Akra is really nice and would probably be my choice with money as no object. Some find it too quiet.
Other popular mods are the Eventuri intake and tons of chassis/suspension mods. These cars are extremely capable with the OEM suspension and even more so with aftermarket components when properly dialed in. They're real weapons on the street.
As for the supercharger/turbocharger setup, there really isn't one yet other than the PES system and while the hardware appears fine on that kit, I believe the tuning leaves a lot to be desired. Very few cars running long-term with that kit and no issues. Other than that, there's nothing commercially, off-the-shelf available. And yes, they would very much void your warranty on pretty much all the mechanicals of the car including the engine, drivetrain and suspension.
There isn't a proven ECU tune that would be worth voiding the warranty for. There isn't one that I'd say is worth it from a performance standpoint even if you're out of warranty. I'd already have it if there was one. Believe you me. There are several offered but as of yet, zero proof of any actual gains (and definitely not from multiple sources). Butt dyno doesn't count. JHM is working on a tune but that's been happening for quite some time now and there's no info on a release date. Could be tomorrow, could be a year from now. And obviously no predictions, accurate or otherwise, on performance gains. They do talk positively about the apparent gains. So that's a waiting game.
The RS5 is no GT-R with literally a limitless catalog of parts available to go faster. I don't own a GT-R as I know it'd make me really poor. If you want turbos on your RS5, that'll be one-off custom work if you can find a qualified shop to do it.
So...RS5 ownership is, honestly, pretty blissful. At least from my perspective. I usually get tired of cars in a few months. But it can be painful from a big power standpoint. Not much is available to take it well above OEM hp levels. That leaves you to really ramp up the suspension. And that'll make you faster point A to point B on real world roads anyway.
