Air Suspension Kit for B9 ALLROAD

Anyone knows of ANY company that has a kit together for the Allroad?
I have contacted Airlift, and Universal Air , and they both don't have a kit yet .
I left an email with Universal Air after talking to Accuair, and I am yet to hear back

They do kits for the B9 Quattro chassis. I’ve seen 4 B9’s over here (UK) with their kit on. 2x S5’s, an S4 and and A4

These are the company I will be using when I take delivery of my B9 avant in September

yeah, I will contact Bilstein in Cali to see but looking on their website, it's not encouraging.

It's not Bilstein US who is doing it, you need to contact ABP or PlushAutomotive in the UK.

I know, it’s mad. Hopefully by the time mine is delivered then there will be a little more choice on the market.

I spoke to AirForce suspension also (I have their struts on my MK7 GTI) and they said they had a kit for the B9 but not heard back since then.

My MK7 GTI struts and bags are decent enough. Dampening adjustment and height adjustment (threaded bodies) as long as they are set up correctly with the full range of motion, they are as good as any Air Lift bags I’ve owned before. Customer service not so quick to respond, Air Lift service has been awesome in the past.

The e-Level is great but Accuair stopped making the air struts. I had them on my 2015 Allroad. Worked perfectly except for the onetime it froze

My MK7 GTI struts and bags are decent enough. they got back to me. they have one but only for FWD. They are not sure if I will have to modify the rear

Would they not be willing to send you pictures of the rears so you can check fitment ? The two wagons in the photo’s must be FWD if that’s the case ?

Or here is the Quattro kit for the B9 from HP drive tech.

Yeah, I bought D2 bags for my MK7 GTI and they came branded as AirForce with D2 overlay stickers in the box

great question, anyone know the answer? I would assume they are the same suspension just different body, but I could be wrong.

The only difference is width of the front shocks. But from what I was told they are different on all models. Either 48mm or 52mm

AirLift Performance should have something soon:


In the US, I believe only early 2017 B9's had the smaller shock body, this along with 2016's in Europe I believe, but I had thought they are all changed to the larger body now.

My 2018 has the smaller body shocks. ABP had me measure because they had no way of knowing by year or spec.

Sorry should have mentioned that I have a sedan. I have ABP pictured above. Bilstein shocks with continental bags.

The production parts for my car got installed May 30th, so I would think that they would be getting the large batch of all of these ready for consumers soon, but they never really told me the timing of it, but I suppose that really isn't something I need to worry about.
