the shop estimated 290chp. right in line with what zimbu said. i was optimistically hoping for 250whp but i am extremely happy. it pulls hard and is even more fun to drive now. 3000lbs and 220hp is a decent daily driver. so since the hp is falling off at 6k, is that where i should be shifting, instead of winding it higher?

i have 415cc injectors now that i got with the ecu, all used. the tune is for 440cc. how much could i potentially gain by moving to 440's? any particular brand injectors better?

    Looks awesome dude

Like others have said, great to have some hard data on how these Mazdaspeed K04's actually work on a 1.8T.

I can't recall, are you still running the stock exhaust manifold?

I just found my old 034 exhaust manifold a while back, so I'm gonna see what difference it makes vis a vis the stock exhaust manifold.

yes, still stock manifold. do you think 440's and full 3" exhaust would help much? i also recorded a maf g/s reading of 224.6 at 5800rpm in 4th and a boost spike of 25psi holding at 22ish.

You should try using an e85 tune. That would be a good bump in hp. Not sure if e85 is easily found in your area but could be fun.
    Need another!
