tune2air not working?

my tune2air was working perfectly fine yesterday. Today for some reason is acting up, it shows that it is connected, but there is no sound coming from it, all I hear is static when I turn up the volume. Did anyone encounter this problem before?

The tune2airs can be a hit or miss. The last one I had never worked right. I returned it, got a replacement, and it worked fine for a few months. Now, songs are skipping a lot and I’m not sure why. Have to realize this product is essentially a hack. If you want good quality Bluetooth, need to upgrade your system or play off CDs or SD cards.

Mine does this for apparently no reason, and usually starts working again after unplugging it for a few seconds. When that doesn't work, try turning off the Bluetooth on the phone for a few seconds. When that doesn't work, try restarting the phone (Note: the iPhone power off is more like a hibernate/resume, it's not a real restart which requires buttons to be held down). When that doesn't work, maybe try restarting the MMI or upgrading to a different luxury car that actually has standard rental car features included in the premium price :)

Ive been playing the tune2air game for a year now.

the only way I can get mine to work is if I connect blue tooth, open Pandora and hope it connects. if it doesn't the first time, I keep repeating the steps until it finally connects. Like said above, it is definitely a hack product.
