HRE News | HRE Performance Wheels New Center Caps for Forged Wheels

[HRE Wheels]

As of April 2018, a new standard HRE Forged center cap will be included on ALL forged wheel orders moving forward.


A Black/Silver version of the new cap will follow shortly. Until then, the current Black/Silver cap will continue to be available.

New Center Cap Highlights
1. Cleaner One-Piece look, featuring ABS plastic base and domed aluminum logo.
2. Security tabs and improved adhesive for better logo performance.
3. *Improved overall heat resistance. All center caps should still be removed for track use.

*Due to increased heat resistance, the tangs are stiffer than previous caps and may require a bit more effort to insert into the wheel at first. Please take care when inserting.

where does this leave already existing HRE owners? That was always the only thing i did not like, cheap feeling plastic caps.

For already existing HRE Wheel owners and their sets of Forged wheels, these caps will work, they're the same size as the previous caps so they should be a plug and play type purchase if you want the new style cap. We will need the serial number to the set of wheels you're wanting the caps for just to verify the cap sizing is correct and we can move from there.

Since I'm more than likely not going to be around the next few weeks (Paternity leave), best bet would be to call the main sales line to order them up (760.598.1960) because PM's likely won't be responded to immediately.
