2006 Audi A3 Issues - Need Help Please

I have a 2006 Audi 8P/A3 and I have had an issue. I have spent a lot of time trying to fix the issue and also had a mechanic that specialized in German vehicles take a look at it. The issue only seems to happen when it is warmer outside (Roughly 70 degrees and up). The warmer it is outside the more often the issue happens. The issue is the car seems to go into a limp mode with check engine light and EPC light. It happens while driving but most of the time it happens after driving it a fair amount and then parking. After the car sits for a bit the car will start but feels like its running on 3 cylinders. If I try to give it gas the car will rev to around 2-3k and then stall. Usually have to wait for the car to sit for 30 minutes till it starts but wont run long. Seems to run fine when its colder outside. I would love any suggestions on what you think it could be. Additional info below:

Many codes are seen when I scan them but not all of them come up every time:
    P0010
    P0688
    P2101
    P2106
    P2293
    P12A4
    P2293
    P0243
    P0245
    P0300
    P0301
    P0301
    P0304
    P2088
    P2146
    P2149

I have inspected the DV and the high pressure fuel pump cam
I have replaced ECM/ECU, Fuel Pump Relay, Fuel Filter, N80 Purge Vent Vapor Canister Valve, Fuel Pump Low Pressure Sensor.

Have you tried new plugs/coils? That’s a common problem on the 2.0T.

Were all the fuel related parts you replaced OEM?

Thank you so much for the response. I bought one coil and moved it around to check to see if there was a difference. All the parts I have purchased are OEM. I am wondering if there is a short in the wiring somewhere.

Ok so that is a heck of a lot of codes to be popping up, your issues may run deeper than you think. What codes are active right now? I would agree that sounds electrical as well.

Last time I scanned it it came up with:

    P0010
    P0243
    P0688
    P2101
    P2106
    P2293

Its annoying that it only happens sometimes but it is way more common when its warm outside.

Get a VAGCOM scan. OBD 2 scan is too basic with that many parameters at fault
