Yes, with a lot of custom work regarding pipe work. Otherwise no, the RS3 uses a front mount design. The 4 cylinder variants sandwich the IC between the A/C condenser and radiator.

If you don't have problems with fab work, why is this a question? You can easily fab mounts and pipes and get everything connected. If you're going through with the work, why even start with the RS3 IC, you could get a higher quality core and create a better setup. The only thing to even worry about is how to remount the A/C and Rad since there would now be a gap between the two.

Treadstone has some really good cores and prefab stuff..you might just find one that fits after you take some measurements

No need to remove the stock IC when installing a front mount. Weighs very little.

I think they are completely different in design and shape from what I have seen on pictures. The S3/R is very big(tall, wide and square-ish) while the RS3 looks thinking and more rectangular with much bigger end tanks intakes. I could be wrong but that is what I observed.

The piping would have to be significantly different I believe. I think the S3 has the vertical throttle body and the RS3 has more of a horizontal. Again, I could be wrong but that is what I pictured on my mind

Why? The IE intercooler fits great and will outperform the RS3 intercooler.

They're entirely different engines so I highly doubt it.
