Anyone ever seen this interior trim before?

Hey Audizine!

So I am going to be picking up this 2014 S4 this weekend and was wondering if anyone had ever seen this interior trim before. For the most part, cars I have looked at have had CF trim, and a few with aluminum trim. Ive never seen this pinstripped trim before. Could it be a wrap?

Can’t remember what it’s called but that’s a factory trim. Albeit a less popular one but yes factory, I believe it’s the tuxedo or piano trim. Google knows all as always.

One of the rarest trims next to the Stainless Steel Mesh Inlays which is on my S. Though in the end I still prefer the carbon lol

Same here. I have that Beaufort Aluminum trim in my S4, along with the brown/black leather interior. I get compliments on the combo all the freaking time. Just yesterday my car was in the local performance shop, getting my Stage 2 goodies installed and when I came to pick up the car the tech had the shop owner and another guy looking at my interior. They all said they loved it and had never seen it before.

When I bought the car, the previous owner said he had to custom order the car and wait a lot longer just to get the interior trim/leather combo.

In fact, when I was in the market to buy an S4, I was between this one and white one with CF interior trim. To me, this Beaufort trim looked much cleaner and more professional. It's one of the key features that convinced me to go with this car over the other.

Yeah, I'd say that if I had something like an R8, I might take the CF over Beaufort. Not in a 4 door daily driver. But, it's all just personal preference. I'm sure my ever increasing age (just turned 33) plays a major factor, as well. My 21 year old self would probably roll my eyes at the comments in making.

I'm in the same boat, 41, work in a fairly conservative (defense) industry and occasionally have some upper management types in the car. I seriously considered swapping my Carbon trim for brushed aluminum... even bought a used set in perfect condition to try out. Wife really liked the carbon tho, and it it grew on me I guess. Anyone interested in a set of brushed aluminum trim in perfect condition?

Thanks for the replies guys! It is a pretty cool trim, I just had never seen it before in the few months I have been shopping around so I wasnt sure if it was a legit option or someone had wrapped it.

It's factory option. Rare, a bit more costly, and classy. Looks great! Feel it; it's textured!

Never heard this trim called Beufort .It is the optional wood and aluminum trim that is available on the B8.5 S4s. It replaced the stainless steel trim available in the B8s. It was a $1200 to $1500 option
