Stuck sunshade (Panoramic Sunroof)

Hi.

Got a problem with my panoramic sunroof sunshade.. Its stuck on rear position. When i press close or open button it just click one time but doesn't move. tried to help it (poll with hand), but that doesn't help too

Is it stuck all the way back? Same issue happened to me when I had an A4. There's something catching onto it, look along the railing.

No, I just stuck my head through the sunroof to inspect it.

Both sides look good to me..


Still clicking, but nothing happens :D

Has anyone found a way to fix this? I have a A4 B8 Avant with the same problem. When I click the button for the sunshade I only hear clicking.

Try a basic setting with scan tool

You could try the ole mechanical key in the door that closes/opens all windows/sunroof. It might sort of reboot the system.
