    I have also:

I know i need adapter plate for mounting K04-064 to 1.8t.Injectors will be 550cc Bosch, 2.5tdi MAF housing, HKS air filter, Custom downpipe and dont know what else.If somebody knows please help.Im planning to put the turbo on 1.5-1.6 bar.I think its safety on this pressure.

    K04-064????

    The USA version B6 (2002-2005)A4 1.8t had a K03. Modified to a K04-015!

You need a tune that is specific to the K04.

    Or a manual Boost Controller.

Highly recommend a K04-064 Specific tune/chip for the engines ECU

Yes K04-64.With adapter plate can be mounted to 1.8T engine and its very recommended setup.Specific tune is most important but this is in the end of the project.Im asking about something else.A little things that i maybe forged.

Pick a tune. Get the injectors that your tuner uses.

In the country you live in...any tuners and or tunes available?

You need the ECU programmed for the bigger turbo and injectors.

Or your engine will go "BOOM!"

I have been running a KO4-064 for two years. No complaints, lots of fun on a daily driver.
