Will a CTS turbo downpipe cause a CEL?

I recently bought a CTS turbo with a hi flow cat, i have yet to install it i was waiting for my Dinan exhaust to come in (came in yesterday) and i want to make sure it won't throw a CEL. I'm aware that it is very likely it will throw a CEL so a follow up, will an O2 spacer help to not throw a CEL?

I attached a couple images of the exhaust and the downpipe, the springs are Neuspeed. Thanks

Most likely YES unless you have a tune. A O2 spacer may help it not come as frequent but inevitably it will always cause a CEL unless u are tuned. I have a catless CTS but later added a cat(because of smell) and I am running a jb1 and it throws a cel but I find it to throw it when the car is not 100% warmed up and I am in a high gear in low rpm and throttle it....

Yes it will throw a check engine light. Stage 2 tune will clear it but you can still have inspection issues as the tune just codes it out. But an o2 spacer helps correct it. Just is because the downpipe flows better
