    Intake manifold torque specs

Im replacing the water pump gasket as well as the injector cups. Im looking for the tightening sequence and torque spec for the intake manifold on a 2009 A4 2.0t engine CAEB. Below are pics of the crap job someone did to this car. They used rtv on the water pump and didn’t replace the old gasket. Also, I found some random injector cups/seats which are not the correct ones for this car. Ill upload a pic later.

I order the intake manifold gasket kit from ECS Tuning so hopefully this fixes the engine misfires.

Now when i looked for new seats or cups they were nothing like what I took out.

So, all I can find was tighten to 9nm.
This one doesnt seem to have a pattern to it, or if it does my book doesnt tell me.
    Hope this helps
this is also for a CCTA engine code, 2.0 TSI EA888

Here are the injectors with the correct cups. Big difference. Im still getting a misfire on all cylinders.
    So far i replaced:
    Spark plugs
    Coils
    Coil connectors
    Injector seats or cups.

I checked the PVC diaphragm and its good. There is suction whenever i have the car running and remove the oil fill cap. Only thing left i can think of is intake manifold or the actual injectors.

    Any suggestions??

To add to this, i did notice both middle manifold screws don’t tighten. The thread were stripped so looks like i have to go get some helicoils. Possibly causing a bad seal with the cyl head??

Added a helicoil to the cyl head and manifold is now nice and tight.

Looks like you have some carbon build up in there, do you?
Other than that it could be clogged fuel injectors

Its got some build up, not too bad to say its an issue but looks like i can get my own materials to clean it myself. I ordered a PVC kit from ecstuning so ill install it after the RMS gets done. Injectors arent that expensive but the shop thats going to do the RMS said they’ll take a look at whats the deal.
