Bilstein B4's on a mild lowering spring?

I know B4's aren't ideal for lowering springs but would they be ok on a mild one? Looking at H&R Sports but if anyone knows of a milder one let me know.

Sick of the stock sport ride height. Those shocks came brand new with the car in case anyone asks, would have gone for B6's or something if I was in the market for new shocks. Fwd btw.

    Thanks!

You'll be fine but remember the lowering height is not gonna be the same cuz your on sport suspension. The lowering amount is measured for a standard suspension car. I believe sport suspension is .5 lower than standard so take .5 off whatever that springs drop is and that how.much lower you'll be.

Pretty sure it's a 1in drop not 0.5 from non sport to sport.

But since this ancient thread of mine was ressurected; no its a bad idea. B4s or B6s are not designed for a lowering spring. They'll ride like shit and fail prematurely. I ended up grabbing B8s which is the proper shock for the application.

You're right, closer to 1 inch.

I didn't even pay attention to who started the thread. I just saw the TTT and thought it was recent lol
