Bremmen Android Multimedia System for your B6 A4

    Bremmen Android Multimedia System

Aftermarket radio installations in Audis are rarely a plug-n-play operation.
They usually require extensive wiring, additional adapters, and a dashboard trim kit.
The result is a head unit that doesn't match the design of the interior.

Bremmen Parts is proud to offer a direct-fit multimedia head unit that alleviates the inherent issues with universal aftermarket radios.
Bremmen's Android Multimedia System features an 7" capacitive touch screen and fits snugly within the uniquely shaped factory radio cut-out.

What kind of navigation software does this use and how hard/expensive is it to update? My Kenwood is about $100 and my wife's van is about $200.

This unit will run any android based software. Pre-installed is good old Google Maps, so you have two choices; share wifi to the head unit via hot spotting a phone, or while you're at the house tell the head unit to download your area map (very easy to do in Google Maps). Also, there are versions of iGo and other offline maps software available in the Google Play Store as well.

How is the sound quality of the head unit? Does it use the original amp for the car or does it bypass?

I'm not an audiophile but in our test cars, I found the quality to be matched with the factory head units or better with my untuned ears. For the factory amp, talking with our gurus on these units, the unit has speaker level outputs which are used on cars without factory amps but will integrate into factory amps for cars with factory amps.

Well, after seeing the feedback below the sites. I'm totally cooled.
