    Random Fault Code / Carista Unable to Clear

    I currently have two fault codes that I am unable to clear. One under engine, code 04708. And one under transmission, code 12626.

    Anyone seen these before? Nothing comes up in the search and I’m unable to clear them using the carista app. Also weird that they don’t start with the standard VAG Pxxxx like most fault codes.

    Not all codes start with P, this is normal, get proper scan with updated vcds. First one you have is communication error with some other module, carista cant clear, because it is probably permanent and related to fault you have in gearbox!

    The weird thing is that neither of these codes exist on the ross tech wiki or anywhere on the internet as far as I have found. No CEL, car is performing as expected.
