EPC Relay 614 Location and installation

This is yet another EPC related question.
I did a search on the forum but didn't quite get the answer I was looking for.
    With that said...

Guys I've had a bad experience with a local shop and I need some information to put together a lawsuit against them for some cosmetic damages they inflicted on my car upon picking it up....
I will later start a thread about my experience without naming the shop because of the legal implications.
So, does anybody know exactly where the J757 Relay aka 614 Relay, is located?
What are the steps to install it and what needs to be removed.

I just need some kind of step by step of what's involved.
I couldn't find any diagram or a video on where it is exactly located at and how to go about to replace it.
    Thanks !

The 614 relays have also been superseded with a 644 if I'm not mistaken.

If you want to remove the red thing there's a tab underneath it you have to press. If you use a mirror and light you can see it. I used an allen key to reach under there and pressed the tab upwards, the whole things slides out towards the windshield.

These aren't the starter relays though. There are separate starter relays which could be the cause. Most of the time I see it, it ends up being the starter that needs replacing though.

However they are fuel pump relays. And if your car will not start, or if it doesn’t the EPC light is on, I have the exact same problem and will fix. Also as far as getting them out. I already had replacement relays so nice that a channel locks broke them but they came out anyway. Lol

I just swapped out my starter and the car starts up with the gusto now. It used to hesitate for less than a second in the warmer temps, but now it immediately fires right up every time. The true test will be when the cold weather moves in, as that is when the delay extends to 3-5 seconds or longer depending how cold it gets.
