After watching many videos on the sound produced by the supercharger after the intake install, I knew I had to have it. The stock sound is just ok. 90% of the time you can't tell it even has a supercharger based on sound alone. After the Intake, IMO it sounds similar to a Hellcat or as loud as a Kenne Bell or Whipple twin screw setup.
The package came and all the parts were very well wrapped and protected. The only thing missing from the box that would have been nice was instructions. After popping the hood, the stock Intake was out in less than 5 minutes. It was super easy.

After removing the stock intake, the CTS Turbo Intake was fairly straightforward. While instructions weren't included, it was pretty easy to piece together the puzzle. In less than 10-15 minutes, the CTS Turbo Intake was installed. I fired the car up and heard the supercharger scream when I gave it a little rev. I have a before and after video I am going to put together next week and I can share that here as well for anyone looking and considering an Intake for their Audi.

So far I am happy with the results. The Intake brings the supercharger whine front and center. It is still subtle when you aren't mashing the throttle but when you do, it is intoxicating the sound that is now heard. This was my first mod to a bone stock B8 S4. I'm new to the Audi world but I'm thankful for Audizine and the members for being a great resource of information. You can bet future mods will also be heavily researched here on the forum!
I'll post the quick before and after video next week!
