Nah, I bid a couple times between $5-7k while I was waiting for some food in a drive-thru. Now that I'm sitting at home I see its gotten up to $36k. I guess I was a little low before :)

Pretty sure that is from when the original owner posted it, says it ended in 2015. Not sure why it was linked. Hit 40K with no interior photos though, thats pretty good

Ok now that link works! Yeah, $40k with no interior shots but look at the outside. Beautiful car for sure but too much money IMO, but it's worth will be determined by the buyer I guess

That's what I thought at first, but I'm pretty sure it was detail prep and not respray.

Personally, I would never pay top dollar for a B7 RS4 as extensively modified as this one appears to be. A pre-owned stock RS4 is a minefield on its own, without the added complication of a supercharger you know nothing of it's history, and how good the tune is.

I prefer a blank canvas, so I could build it the way I wanted to, and know what's in the build.

Personally, nobody cares what you would pay for an RS4 because you're trying to compare the price of commonly offered colors to a rare color. Bc like it or not, the market tells us that rare color packages can demand a premium, not what you think it's worth.

Exhaust, suspension, rims and SC is considered extensively modified plus ALL stock parts included....hmmm.

And we know nothing of this cars history, except that his owner had it for 5k miles and the OG posted every single piece of detail from when he acquired the RS4 to when he sold? Oh man that's a mine field..

And last but not least, the AMD kit has actually turned quite a few heads including myself, and this is coming from an owner with a competitors S/C kit installed on their RS4. If who ever buys this car, doesn't like the added power, take it off get $10k back. It's only been on the car for 1k miles. Before just casting doubt on a tuner, back it up with some factual information instead of just saying "how good is the tune".

There's only 2 Papaya Orange B7 RS4s total in USA and that's including it not being offered on A4/S4 models either I'm guessing.

Most people will say who cares about a Sprint Blue DTM S4 when one can upgrade to a Sprint Blue RS4.

Apples and oranges. Everyone's got a different budget. From looking at BaT auctions, a clean Sprint Blue RS4 with 68k miles sold recently for $36,000. So yea if you can fork $16,000 you can upgrade to an RS4. Either way the papaya orange RS4 will always be a legend. Hope it stays in WA so I can keep seeing it around.

$36k is by far the most I've seen for a stock RS4 with 70k.

Each sold for under $30k. Which is about $6k difference plus there were mods. Sprint Blues RS4s have been selling anywhere from $24-30k with 70k-100k miles. The number is alit closer than you think. But your right about apples to oranges on the cars comparisons. S4 and RS4 are definitely 2 different cars.
