How to hear the turbo spool up?

Guys,

My A5 is the latest in a long list of turbocharged cars that I've owned over the years and it has by far the most quiet turbo of any car that I've ever owned. How can I get just a little bit of sound out of the turbo? You know, that typical whistle as the turbo spools up? I don't really care about the blow-off valve sounds, I just want to be able to hear the turbo a bit as it builds boost. Do those turbo muffler delete kits work? Or maybe an aftermarket intake? Has anyone had success in actually being able to hear their turbo at all?

i did intake, turbo muffler delete, and hfic all at once, and I can def hear all the spools

i had it. it works. it just works better paired with the full combo

intake, muffler delete, intercooler piping, and downpipe , stage 2 and ur set with ur performance mods

Yeah, I hate that I can't even get a hint of spool sound out of the turbo. It's just too damn quiet. Doesn't sound like a turbo car to me. Even if I can get a little bit of spool sound, I'd be happy.
