Acts like battery is dead, then randomly starts?

So my car(2006 A4 2.0T automatic) has brand new: starter and relay, alternator, battery, ignition switch, and battery ground cable. This was all in effort to fix a no crank/start issue I was having previously which ended up being a fuse (LOL!) so I'm trying to avoid shooting in the dark with this new issue that I've been having.

The car, most of the time, starts up fine and doesn't give me trouble. But sometimes it turns over realllll slow and then starts. And other times, it'll turn over realllll slow and then not start as if the battery is dead. But the battery isn't dead, and if I let it sit for about 10 minutes or so then try again it almost always starts. Rain also seems to be a factor in this issue so I'm automatically thinking something electrical. I've traced all the wiring I can find, opened the ECU box and made sure all looks well there. I can't find anything that looks faulty, so I'm hoping you guys might have some knowledge you can drop on me to help me out. I appreciate any input you might have!

Also, I just changed the spark plugs as well but the problem started before then so it's probably not relevant but figured I'd throw that out there.

Check the fuseable link on the positive battery cable. It's the little black box right on the battery terminal. Those tend to corrode quite badly.

It's already been replaced about a month ago. It wasn't even the cause of my problem but it was replaced nonetheless.

Check the ground near the passenger engine mount. Clean both ends and resecure. That is the main ground strap for the motor/starter

Try replacing the two "614" relays under the ECU. Do a search and see if any of the problems associated with those relays match your symptoms.

So it's definitely electrical related. I checked the link between the two nuts on the positive battery terminal but it didn't have any corrosion. I noticed that after the heavy rain when my car wouldn't start for a while, my clock and radio settings got reset. Hmm.

UPDATE: so although the connection between the two nuts on the positive terminal were not corroded, today it wouldn't start again so when I went to jump it off I noticed that one of the cables on the positive terminal is loose. Gonna tighten that up when I get home and I'm sure that'll fix the issue.
