    Hi there,

My family has had 3 audis and previously got great service, parts, and friendly help from dealerships in Boulder, CO. Since moving to California, we have had friendly service, but a slew of problems after work done by Audi Palo Alto that have left me stranded multiple times (likely an unusual occurrence for a service center). I have since stopped taking our cars there for anything but basic maintenance. We certainly appreciate brand new loaner vehicles while our cars are being worked on.

As of late, I can't seem to get in touch with anyone from service on the phone or via email. I have left many voicemails and emails about service and parts inquiries (DRC, adaptive headlights, etc) and all have gone unanswered.

I can't say I'm interested in buying any cars besides Audi's, as that would be a lie, but I am certainly displeased with the attention, or lack thereof, to my inquiries.

Sorry to whine about it here, but I can't exactly get them on the phone.

Thanks for making beautiful, fun, and iconic cars.

Hi Corey! I am happy to learn you had great experiences with dealers in Boulder. Thank you for your family's loyalty to Audi. I'd like to discuss your concerns and experience with Audi Palo Alto. Can you please send me a PM with your full name, mailing address, email, phone number, and VIN. Thank you!

Just to update here. Since this post, I was contacted promptly by Audi Customer experience and they heard me out.

I figured I should give Audi Palo Alto another try last week.

I am disappointed to report that nothing has changed:

I called during normal business hours and eventually was sent to a voicemail...nobody returned my call.
I called again the next day and made an appointment 5 days prior to bringing in the car for repair (I told the service adviser what needed to be repaired) (Estimate was reasonable in terms of cost, and they would need the car for 2 days)
The day after I dropped the car off, I was told that they didn't have the parts they needed, so they would have to order them.
I gave them some space and waited for an update.
On the 6th day after I dropped the car off, I called during business hours (no answer, left a voicemail)
Service adviser called me back (no answer, left a voicemail) and told me that they didn't have the parts yet, nor a cost or schedule estimate.

Too many other good dealers in the Bay Area to waste your time there.

I'm sure someone on here can recommend some closer to you. I'm in the East Bay and use Audi Concord. Michael Forney is my service rep. How many people know and request their service rep by name?! He and the crew are great there.

Also lots of good independent shops around too

Communication issues aside, I got the car back yesterday and it was nice and clean. Face to face customer service was great, the new showroom is nice too.
