    haven't posted much here since my B8 S4 days. just got my son his first new ride: a 2011 Audi Q5 2.0T. I started a post in Bimmerpost since that's the forum I normally frequent. so please check it out and any comments, good or bad, is welcomed in this thread.

    Nicely done. There's a lot of judgment over on that thread though haha. I'm not sure why a kid has to have a junker in order to not be considered spoiled. Sounds like he has a good head on his shoulders. And it also sounds like he's way more practical about mods than his old man LOL.

    Looks good. Dont know why everyone thinks it's too nice of a car of a kid.
    We just sold our 2011 for 14500. My first car was more and that was over 20 yrs ago.

    ^^ Agreed. I think thats a wonderful first car. Minus higher mileage maintenance costs than say a toyota, chevy, standard econobox car... This is perfect. My first car was a V6 eclipse valued at 13,500. A 6 year old audi thats a "standard" optioned out is great. And keeping it in the family is even better. Everyone wins it sounds like.
    2015 S6 - Garnet Red, Black Optics, EPL Stage 1 within hours of ownership. Just need an exhaust mod.
    2014 SQ5 - SOLD - Gone but not forgotten.
