2011 a4 AC blowing warm air only

The AC slowly started blowing warm air, now it only blows warm air only.

I can hear the Compressor running when the AC is on.

I had a bad battery, so I replaced that. Also replaced the high pressure switch. Checked power to the compressor and it's good. Have not scanned for codes yet.

Still blowing hot air.

Any suggestions?

Put Freon in it or Go somewhere and have them check ur system, might just need Freon or maybe u have a leak, considering your asking this questing print a better idea to let the professionals handle it

already did that, it's at my friends shop right now

we just want to make sure it's not something cheaper before concluding it's a bad compressor

Any codes? I had a similar issue, but it was a pinched wire to the G395.

when we pulled the compressor out, this valve fell out and was busted...wtf?

Had the same issue with mine. Doesn't throw any hard codes, you have to scan the hvac controls in vagcom. I found that my high pressure sensor was bad, replaced for 70 bucks and all is well. Also, you can run an output test which will force the a/c compressor to turn on without input from the high pressure sensor which will allow you to confirm if the compressor is working or not.
