How did you get the spacer to fit with the ultracharger? Did you have to trim the Carbon fiber tube?

The car is APR stage 2 dual pulley 100 oct file , at this moment I'm pumping 6 gallons of 91 gas and 4.5 of E85 and I'm in a over 3K elevation city so octane levels change than normal (so they say ) .
With this mix and settings I'm getting at wot a lambda reading of 7.8 to 8.3 , which I believe is good.
I still have to check the logs , in which I'll try to do this weekend. Attachment 168187Attachment 168189Attachment 168191

Not sure I have that much room to cut on the APR unless I also reposition the breather tube

I thought I would have to cut the CF tube but when I installed it back, it went right in with no problem

How many cc are you guys spraying? I hear of guys running 1000+cc but I can't run over 750cc because stft will jump to -48 lol. I'm running 2 #3 devil's own nozzles spraying 100% meth pre throttle body and seems to be working 20200415_084907.jpeg

You can get boost from a boost tap plate at the bypass (I have the 034 boost tap plate) and the rpm signal from the CAN bus. The guys at TorqByte ([email protected]) helped me get the square wave rpm signal from the CAN bus.

Tuner would have to adjust tune for the extra meth.

I could confirm the snow adapter fits , you’ll just have to unbolt the ac line to give it room .

I know there are a fair amount of people who install the nozzles directly into the bungs/adapter plates w/o any additional sealant (myself included) and have no issues. Because of the nature of where the nozzles are installed (low pressure/vacuum zones) and how these cars monitor air intake (speed density vs MAF), even if you have a tiny amount of air sneaking in around the nozzle, it isn't an issue and you certainly won't be pulling in any particles larger than what would pass through your air filter.

Also, regarding the throttle body options, is IABED the only option?

Ill be writing a DIY for my setup in a while. But if anyone is installing a snow performance, Stage 2 MAF/MAP controller. It requires a 0-5V input from the MAP sensor. I'm unsure on if the wires match on all of the 3.0t models but for my 2014 S4 it is the YELLOW WITH BLUE stripe on the driver side MAP sensor. Hopefully this can help someone who was in my situation

speaking of 0-5v inputs... I'm really trying to avoid splicing our OEM MAP sensor. I want to install a torqbyte controller which needs RPM and MAP signals. I don't have the MAP sensor/pigtail and it's sold out from Torqbyte. Does anybody smarter than me have any ideas about replacing these components? I've gone down the rabbit hole a little bit but no luck so far. Here is what I'd be looking to source an alternative to.

How about just get a GM 3 bar map sensor instead, they are good for ~30pis over sea level

    Bro ,
I was lucky to have them from my old set up . They came in Iabed meth TB spacer . They were to long so I ended up using my stock ones .
Which worked out great for the Uc meth spacer

Someone correct me if I’m wrong :
But I believe the throttle bolts are M6x1.00 (from hemi ) x 70mm ( I just measured the length )

Mine are 80mm that’s why they stick out

    Newbie questions .
I just order the AEM 30-3300 kit, iabed tb plate, prometh 630 and 1100 nozzles. I was recommended to use solenoid, which ones to buy ? Do most people use solenoid and another fail safe options? How often do you guys refill a 1 gallon tank? Ideally, I'd want it to last a full tank of gas . I was leaning mounting the pump and tank between the firewall.

    Am I overlooking anything?

How easy is it to switch nozzles? Do you have to buy a TB for each nozzle or are they easily interchangeable ? How do you determine which size nozzle works best ?

Can someone direct me to which solenoid to get?

No worries ..if you can’t find the bolts , Amazon had some believe and fasteners . I spray 1000cc single nozzle (8psi/18psi) , IAT stay pretty stable .

I think most of us run that same one. I believe theres a newer revision of the Snow one and AEM has released their own, which I have as a backup but I never had a problem with my Snow one that Ro posted.
